The information we collect, and how we collect via this website may include:

(1)Any personal details you type in and submit, such as name, address, email address, etc.

(2)Your IP address (this is your computer’s individual identification number) which is automatically logged by our web server. This is used to note your interest in our website.

What we do with your Information
Any personal information we collect from you will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws.

The details we collect will be used to process your order, and/or to carry out credit checks (this may involve passing your details to a third party credit reference agency).

Your Rights
You can ask us to update your personal information or request a copy of any personal information we hold about you at any time. Please contact us at the address shown in the Contact Us section of this website.

Other Websites
This privacy policy only covers this website. Any other websites which may be linked are subject to their own policy, which may differ from ours.

Site Security
Our site uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit/debit card details. In this way, credit or debit card transactions are secure.

We will only accept orders using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently reveal personal information by using an unsecure connection.

The latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer (6.0 and up) and Mozilla Firefox (2.0 and up) both support this secure connection.

You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for a locked padlock icon at at the bottom right of (Internet Explorer) or (Firefox).

This should appear on any page where you are entering personal information (such as your credit card details) - no other page will transmit information about you.

If you have an earlier version of Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, we suggest that you upgrade to the current version (available free by download) before transacting on-line.

Other than when we process your original payment or process a refund for you, your credit card details are displayed in a truncated form with only the first 4 digits and the last 4 digits visible.

For example your receipt will print a partial credit card number in this way.

This means that you will be able to check which card payment was taken against, but in the unlikely event of your delivery being stolen, your full credit card number would not be revealed.
