Can I order by telephone?
We are very happy to take your order over the phone, fax or email. We do however guarantee that web ordering is just as safe and easy.
Please note; prices on the website are lower than prices quoted over the phone.
Further discounts for significant quantities may be available. Please ring us to discuss.
When should I expect delivery?
Ex-stock items will be dispatched no later than 3 working days, if ordered before 1pm.
Non standard stock will be dispatched no later than 7 working days.
In either case we would advise when we expect delivery to be made.
Can I get samples?
Unfortunately not, you can however request more product information.
Can Items be returned?
If our products prove unsuitable and you would like to return them, credit may be issued providing the products are returned in their original packaging undamaged and we consider them to be suitable for resale. Otherwise restocking charges may apply
My item is faulty, what do I do next?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange collection.
Payment/Pricing
All prices quoted exclude VAT and are in UK pounds sterling. If there are any errors in regard to pricing, we will contact you before processing. We reserve the right to make changes at any time.
We accept most major credit and debit cards online.
